To add a new question, follow these steps:

1. Click the Manage FAQs button

2. From your site's control panel click 'Add' and then choose the 'Questions and Answers' option

3. Each new question must be assigned to a category

4. Save and publish

You can always edit your FAQs, reorder them, and select other categories.

Yes. To add media, follow these steps:

1. Enter the app options

2. Click Manage FAQs

3. Create or choose the question you want to add media to

4. When editing your answer, click the image, video or gif icon

5. Add the content from your library and save the changes.

You can edit the title from the options tab in the app. If you don't want to show the title, deactivate the option from 'Information to show'.
